This policy explains what personal information ProdPilot ("we") collects through this website and how we use it. Contact: hello@prodpilotpro.com.

What we collect

• Sample preview requests: your first name and email address.
• Build applications: your name, email, country, your expertise or topic, and (if you share it) where you plan to sell.
• $19 purchases: handled by our checkout provider, Gumroad. We receive your name, email and order details from them. We never see your full card details.

How we use it

• To email you the sample preview you asked for.
• To reply to your application and send your free product outline.
• To deliver and support anything you buy from us.

We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one, and we don't sell your information.

Who helps us run the site

• Cloudflare (website hosting and the forms on this page)
• Resend (sending emails)
• Gumroad (checkout, payment and delivery for the $19 product)
• Google (our email inbox, where applications and replies arrive)

How long we keep it

We keep application emails for 12 months so we can follow up on your request, then delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@prodpilotpro.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU, Canada or Australia), you may have extra rights under local privacy law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
