Terms of Service

These terms cover the done-for-you build service and the $19 ProdPilot OS product sold on this website by ProdPilot ("ProdPilot", "we"). By applying, paying an invoice or buying a product, you agree to them.
1. The free outline
After you apply, we send you a free one-page product outline. It's yours to keep whether or not you go ahead. There's no obligation to buy.
2. Done-for-you builds
- Scope: we build what's listed in the outline you approved. Anything else is outside the scope unless we agree to it in writing.
- Price and payment: $249 (founding price) in USD, paid by invoice before the build starts.
- Timeline: 7 days, starting when your payment has cleared and we've received your intake details. Delays on your side move the delivery date by the same amount.
- Changes: one round of changes is included, requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Your materials: you confirm you have the right to use anything you send us (text, images, logos) and that it doesn't break anyone else's rights.
- Topics we don't build: we don't create medical, legal or financial advice products, and we won't present anyone as having credentials they don't have.
3. Ownership
Once your invoice is paid in full, you own the finished product files, the sales page copy and the design we made for you. We may keep a copy for our records and, only with your permission, show the work as an example.
4. The $19 ProdPilot OS product
A digital download for your own personal or business use. You may not resell or share the files themselves.
5. No guarantee of results
We build products and pages to sell them. We don't promise any level of sales, income or audience growth. Results depend on your audience, your offer and how you promote it.
6. Your checkout and accounts
Your checkout, payment and hosting accounts are in your name and under your control. Their own terms and fees apply. We never ask for your passwords.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a build or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we aren't liable for lost profits or lost sales. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
